 "Always a Bridesmaid"

“Always a Bridesmaid” is a comedy by Jones, Hope and Wooten who also wrote the well received Arts!O production “The Dixie Swim Club”.  This time, four friends have sworn to keep the promise they made on the night of their Senior Prom: to be in each other's weddings... no matter what. Thirty years later, they are still making "the long walk" for each other. The cast features several favorites: Leigh Hodges, Shirley Dillard and Gloria Sams and introduces Beverly Gorman, Camille Wentworth and Lynn Alexander to the Arts!O stage.

The show opens Friday November 14 at the historic Crawford School.  Show dates are: Friday November 14 & 21 at 7:30 PM and Sunday November 16 & 23 at 3:00. Tickets go on sale October 6 and will be available online at artsoglethorpe.org, at the Oglethorpe Echo or by calling 706-354-1339.  Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door.
